Aim of The Symposium
The Iack of an effective land managementmodeland policies that aim
to govern the urban and rural areas results in huge problems to govern
the Iands of the country. As a result, there exists climate changes, the
risk of disaster increased and the misuse of the urban and rural Iands
rose to the extent that it threats the human life. Housing that is illegal
and out of planning forces the reconstruction of the cities. lt is faced
with the problern of formation of a system for the sharing of the value
that exists by the use of urban and rural Iands. ln orderte constitute the
cities that are liveable for long terms, the solutions should be proposed
and applied from this day forth. However, the solutions and
applications of today should not be the problerns of the tomorrow. „2nd
INTERNATIONAL URBAN REGENERATION SYMPOSIUM“ under
the theme of land administration and with the participation of local and
foreign scientists, experts in their subjects, executives and the
representations from the public and private sectors and civil society is
aimed tobe organized in order to consider and discuss the specialplan
implementation Urban Regeneration as a primary dimension of“LAND
ADMINISTRATION“ and rnake ready the models, solutions and
methods that can be realized. All the solutions that will appear and be
discussed in the Symposium will be shared with the public and all other
relevant Stakeholders so that we can contribute to the process of
spread of the implernentation of urban regeneration.
